Boss and co. are the oldest gun makers in all the current gun makers. They started making guns in 1773. Over the years they have established themselves as ‘Builders of the best guns’. At a time they used to make only one gun but the best gun. In 1909 they started making this Over and Under gun with the exceptional standard. They started from a very small place but today their big and environment friendly place gives them higher production.

This is the first O/U gun of history which has been created by Boss. John Robertson is the person who created this gun under Boss trademark. It uses monoblock construction. It has vertically stocked barrels which are the opposite of the usual side by side shotgun. Both these sets of barrels are 26” long and rib-less. These guns are very light in weight which make them easy to carry. They have been decorated with a rose and scroll pattern. It has a double trigger and gold has been used to engrave the name ‘BOSS’ on it. These guns come with French walnut stock and a splinter for end. Weight of this gun is 6 lbs 6oz.

Till today the barrel measurements are as the original specifications mentioned in the documents. It has hammer less box lock and side lock. Stock dimensions: 14”x 1 ½”x 2 ¼”x 3/16” cast-off
