El Resero Polo Helmet is recommended by USPA as safety precautionary equipment for all polo players. Polo players are prone to head injuries which are at times life threatening. In addition to the helmet they are also advised to wear a face mask that comes along with the helmet. The USPA recommended face mask should withstand a hit to the mask by an average speed at 100 mph.

The helmet must be designed such that it has a cushioned form that can absorb shock to the head that results from hitting the ground or by a ball thereby preventing head injury. It is advised to wear a helmet that fits your head snugly – no loose ends here. Measure the head circumference half inch above your eyebrows in choosing the helmet size.

El Resero polo helmet is made of fiberglass shell with neoprene lining with foam padded sweatband covered with white suede leather. It has a stainless steel facemask that meets the USPA recommendations.

The frame of the helmet is made of textured fiberglass strengthened by roving tissue and the brim is made of flex leather. It has hypoallergenic air holes, hypoallergenic top band in white silicone that allows air circulation. The inner lining is made of polyethylene foam and polyurethane foam that allows sweat absorption.
