Tushies Disposable Diapers

Tushies Disposable diapers have gotten a bad rap. Most studies show that disposable diapers are more damaging to the environment than traditional cloth diapers. The National Association of Diaper Services conducted a study that showed disposable diapers produced seven times more solid waste than cloth diapers when discarded, and three times more waste when they were made. The gases from the manufacturing process are also considerably more impactful than those from cloth diapers. Approximately 3.5 billion gallons of oil are utilized in producing the 18 million disposable diapers thrown away every year in the United States.

Green Light Organic Insect Insect Sprays

Insect sprays frighten me. I have lived in many different parts of the country, and wherever I go, there are bugs. California had ants and “daddy long legs”. North Carolina had giant roaches and an abundance of creepy-crawlies. Arizona has an assortment of odd desert creatures. But since I love my cat, I have never used insect sprays. Warning – Fluorescent Lights are Dangerous

Fluorescent lights are dangerous – or so says my grandma. A few years ago, the nursing home in which my grandmother lives decided to replace all of the light bulbs with the new, environmentally-friendly, compact fluorescent lights.
